Welcome: your client area at a glance

What it is

Your client area is the dashboard from which you manage everything you have with 1SWISS1: your domain names, your web hosting, your emails, your security and your invoices. It is available 24/7 from any browser.

How it works

Once signed in, you'll find in the left-hand menu:

• My Services: your active products (hosting, emails, security…).
• My Domains: your domain names and their settings.
• My Invoices: the history and payment of your invoices.
• Support: to contact us and track your requests.

Frequently asked questions

I've just ordered - where are my access details? Everything appears under "My Services". Depending on the product, a getting-started email is also sent to you.

Can I give access to a colleague? Yes - from your profile you can invite an additional user to manage the account.
