Securing my account with two-factor authentication (2FA)

What it is

Two-factor authentication adds a temporary code on top of your password. Even if someone knows your password, your account stays protected.

Setup (step by step)

1. Open your profile in the client area.
2. Go to Security and enable two-factor authentication.
3. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, Authy or a compatible app.
4. Enter the code shown by the app to confirm.
5. Keep the backup codes in a safe place. They are used if you lose your phone.

Frequently asked questions

I lost my phone. Use a backup code. If you no longer have one, open a ticket. We will need to verify your identity before resetting the protection.
