Signing in and recovering a forgotten password

Signing in

Go to portal.1swiss1.com and click Login. Enter the email address linked to your account and your password.

Forgotten password (step by step)

1. On the login page, click "Forgot password?".
2. Enter your account email address.
3. You'll receive an email with a reset link (check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive).
4. Click the link and set a new password.

Security tips

• Choose a long, unique password (at least 12 characters).
• Don't reuse the same password as your mailbox.

I'm not receiving the reset email. Wait a few minutes, check your "junk / spam" folder, and make sure you're using the address registered with us. Otherwise, open a ticket.
