Monitoring the protection of my devices

What it is

From your client area, you can view the security status of your devices: which are protected, up to date, and whether any threats have been detected and neutralised.

Setup (step by step)

1. Open the Cybersecurity SentinelOne section of your area.
2. Review the list of your devices and their status.
3. In the event of an alert, follow the recommendations shown or contact support.

Frequently asked questions

A device is "offline". This is normal if it's switched off or without Internet; it resynchronises as soon as it reconnects.
