What is the difference between Mail and Pack 10 emails?
Mail is one mailbox: ideal for one person. Pack 10 emails groups up to 10 addresses on your domain, for a team or an association.
Does it work with Outlook, Apple Mail or Thunderbird?
Yes. Our servers use the standard IMAP and SMTP protocols, compatible with all common email software.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. When ordering, choose your existing domain: we tell you which DNS records to set (MX, SPF, DKIM). If your domain is managed by us, it is automatic.
Can I bring my existing email over?
Yes. Our team can bring over your history from Gmail, Microsoft 365 or another provider. Service on quotation.
How much storage does a mailbox have?
You choose the storage of each mailbox when ordering.
