How is it set up?
After your order, your organisation is created at Proofpoint and activated within 15 to 60 minutes. You then receive the DNS instructions (MX, SPF) to apply to your domain name, or we do it for you if your DNS is hosted at 1SWISS1.
Do my emails go through Proofpoint servers?
Yes. Inbound emails are analysed by Proofpoint filters before being delivered to your mail server. The vast majority of malicious emails are blocked before they reach your mailboxes.
How many mailboxes can I protect?
As many as you want. Billing is per active mailbox per month with no commitment. Add or remove licences anytime from your client area.
Can I upgrade between plans?
Yes, at any time. Moving from Business to Advanced or Professional is applied within one business day, with no service interruption. The difference is prorated.
What if I cancel?
Let us know via your client area. Protection stays active until the end of the paid period. No cancellation fees, no minimum term.
