Do you scan my servers?
No. Monitoring is passive: for software, we compare what you declare against CVE feeds; for IPs, we rely on exposure data already collected publicly. No scan is launched against your systems.
What is an « endpoint »?
A monitored asset: either a software + version pair (e.g. 3CX 20.0.1) or a public IP address. Both types share your plan's quota.
How often am I alerted?
As soon as a relevant vulnerability is detected for one of your assets. The threshold (severity, active exploitation) is adjustable to avoid noise.
Can I add assets after purchase?
Yes. Each plan includes a quota; you can add extra endpoints anytime from your client area, billed pro rata.
Is this a security guarantee?
No. It is a proactive monitoring service with prioritization, a valuable signal to act fast. It does not replace a full security policy and does not guarantee detection of 100% of flaws.
